Q. What is a “personal import”?
Products are shipped from the USA for your own personal use, and you are the importer of record. This lets you obtain authentic U.S. supplements that are not sold domestically in Japan.
Q. In what currency are prices shown?
All prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY). If you prefer to pay in U.S. dollars, please see the payment question below.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer only. Pay in JPY to our Japan bank account, or in USD via Zelle or international wire transfer. Please transfer within 7 days of ordering. We ship after your payment is confirmed. Details are shown in your order confirmation email.
Q. Why can shipping be expensive?
Orders ship from the USA, and international shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Ordering several items together makes shipping more efficient per item.
Q. Will I have to pay customs duties or import tax?
Possibly. As a personal import, depending on your order amount, import consumption tax and customs duties may be charged upon delivery and are paid by the customer. Please see our “Customs Duties & Import Taxes” page for details.
Q. How long does delivery take?
We ship within 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes about 1-2 weeks by air.
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
United States, Japan, Canada, Taiwan, Vietnam, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Spain.
Q. Can I return or cancel my order?
As personal-import goods, returns are generally not accepted. For defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.
Q. Are the products labeled in Japanese? Are they medicine?
Products follow U.S. specifications and labeling, which may differ from Japanese labeling. Supplements are foods, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Please check the ingredients before purchase.
Q. How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your code in the “Discount code” field at checkout and tap Apply. Some coupons are applied automatically.
Q. How can I contact you?
