Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped from the United States, primarily via USPS. Depending on the destination and package, another carrier may be used.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items, and are shown in Japanese yen.
  • Shipping fees apply to all orders.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to: United States, Canada, and Japan.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Payment is by bank transfer, so orders are shipped after your payment is confirmed.
  • We ship within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes about 1-2 weeks.
  • Shipments are sent by air. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays.

Product Restrictions

Some products may be subject to quantity or import restrictions depending on the destination. In such cases, an error may appear at checkout, or the order may be canceled and refunded.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders are personal imports shipped from the USA. Depending on the order amount, import consumption tax and customs duties (and a clearance fee) may apply and are paid by the customer upon delivery. Please see our "Customs Duties & Import Taxes" page for details.
